2008 -- Cross Country - ran collegiate bests in 3,000 meters (10:41) at Hawkeye Invite, 5,000 meters (17:34) at Auburn Invite and 6,000 meters (21:37) at NCAA Midwest Regional... her best 3,000-meter time ranks eighth and her best 6,000-meter time ranks ninth in school history... placed 39th at Big Ten Championships (22:03) and 40th at NCAA Midwest Regional (22:06)... letterwinner.

High School -- four-time state champion in track, earning four all-state honors... cross country team won state title her senior year after placing second in 2006... set school records in 800 (2:11) and 1,500 meters (4:33), and as part of 3,200 (9:17) and distance medley relays (4:02)... won 1,500 meters (4:35) and set new 3,200-meter relay record (8:58) at 2006 USATF Nationals... also competed in swimming and basketball... honor roll student, earning academic excellence medal... cross country team MVP as a junior... coaches were Father Jim Kirby and Larry Weier.
