Molly Rygh joined the Iowa Soccer staff as Director of Operations in January 2024.
Rygh previously served the Iowa Rowing coaching staff in 2023 as a graduate assistant. Rygh was a rower at Iowa from 2018-2023, where she was a four-time honoree in the following areas: Academic All-Big Ten, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, CRCA Scholar Athlete and letterwinner.
Rygh is the daughter of Chris and Mary Beth Rygh. She holds a B.A. in elementary education from the University of Iowa and is pursuing a master’s degree in Sports and Recreation management.
