HOUSTON, Texas – University of Iowa swimming and diving senior Sarah Ballard concluded her career with a 24th-place finish at the NCAA Zone Diving Championships at the UH Campus Recreation and Wellness Center on Tuesday.
Ballard, competing in the three-meter dive, scored 281.15 points to place 24th. Makayla Hughbanks registered 256.35 points, good for 35th overall. Simone Beinlich placed 40th with 249.45 points.
The Hawkeyes conclude competition at the Zone Diving Championships on Wednesday. Geneva Pauly will compete in the platform dive beginning at 11:45 a.m. (CT). Results can be found via DiveMeets.
